The best place to be in all weather with breathtaking scenery lovely skies floating boats beautiful people... Do you. Love the UK Come to Gloucester the docks Ushers you to Gloucester Quays shopping mall and bids you goodbye as you head out... Beautiful place to be

Great piece at Christmas time with a lot going on, Christmas stalls and the shops all at the quays. They have the ice skating there too. Nice place for those last minute gifts.

Nice walk around the dock area. Not much to see but if you're lucky you can be there when they flood the lock to let barges in.

Great day out at Gloucester Goes retro. Lots of people to talk to, good selection of food, and plenty of things to see and do. We were displaying in the military section so my photos are a little biased. There are plenty of activities to do in the docks, from shopping and great restaurants through to renting paddle boards and small boats, and you can always just walk the canal path.

Cleaned up for the retro festival, the docks were in good shape, with lots of interesting boats to see and some to tour inside. Nice Greek Deli by the lock to go with the excellent Greek On The Docks and Settobello Trattoria.

Met up with family for a meal and a walk round the market, a few drinks in the pub before heading home a great day out despite the weather. Plenty of places to eat,drink and shop, the car park we used had plenty of spaces and was a pleasant 5 minute walk away 😀

So beautiful and peaceful. Even if there is a market and restaurants nearby, it really felt quiet place. I won't get bored by staying whole day sitting on the bench and just observe surrounding.
